  Our home away from home in seattle was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location meant we were able to walk anywhere in the city easily. The building is well maintained safe and quiet. There were lots of great bakeries and restaurants right accross the street or around the corner. Thank you.

  The Belltown court is a great building and the location is fantastic. This is my 6th trip to Seattle and my first time at the Belltown Court. I will never stay anywhere else. A 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market and tons of great restaurants in walking
  distance - you can't beat it!

  I booked this trip with three other girls who had never been to Seattle. We were so happy with our stay at Belltown. Perfect central location, we walked everywhere! It was so nice to come home to a real kitchen, etc. We were so happy we didn't stay in a hotel. Thanks so much to Sea to Sky... the staff was efficient and very helpful and meeting all of our accommodations! We will definetely be back.

  Nothing bad to say about this apartment just that Belltown is noisy at the weekends. A great experience and I will probably rent in Belltown Court for next years vacation.

  We visit Seattle monthly and have stayed in various hotels/ homes in different neighborhoods. We couldn't have been happier with this choice. The location is excellent if you want to walk to restaurants and attractions and that came in handy since we were snowed in! The condo is spacious, clean and cozy and we will definitely recommend it.

  I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the property.I have rented flats on vacation before and this was the best property by far. The swimming pool and spa were the best thing according to my daughter. They pratically went swimming every day. The apartment was conveniently located and once we got to know where everything was you truly realised that the right decision was made. Honestly I would highly recommend staying in any of the properties offered by Sea to Sky rentals. I am going to seattle in august and will depending on availability I will be staying in Belltown 507 again. Once again a big thank you to Sea to sky rentals, keep up the good work.

  This was a great condo in a great location. We stayed with our two boys, ages 10 and 16. The whole family had a great time and it was so nice to have such a fabulous kitchen and be within walking distance to Pike Place market.

  The bathroom exhaust fan was non-functional. The bedroom lighting was poor. Not nearly enough mirrors. Only one, actually, which was problematic in the mornings. The screen in the left livingroom window kept falling out.

  Easy walk to the conference center, though I wouldn't do it too late at night. Lots to do and see in this location. Great value! The unit was clean and comfortable. Not used to city noise, but with the windows closed it wasn't a big deal.

  My son and I had a great stay in Belltown during our annual back-to-school shopping trip. The location was perfect for us, we left our vehicle in the garage and walked everywhere - the Space Needle/museums, Pike Place Market, downtown shopping area and the funky stores around Belltown. The apartment was nicely air conditioned in the heat wave Seattle was experiencing, and we enjoyed the movies we pre-ordered to watch after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the sofa in the living room - the cushions wouldn't stay put and we kept sliding to the floor. Other than that, I'd definitely go back again!

    Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Belltown! It is rare that we get a heatwave here in Seattle, and since most properties are not equipped with air-conditioning, we install portable A/C's to help keep the temperature at a comfortable level. We are sorry the couch was so uncomfortable! We have removed it for repair, and currently have a comfortable temporary sleeper sofa in the condo until the repairs are complete.

  Everything was excellent! I cooked a lot of my meals in the full kitchen after buying things from the market...I was surprised that most utensils were thought of and easy to find.
  
  We added the pac-n-play for our 4 month old and he napped/slept well in it.
  
  Great location. We road the light rail from the aiport to westlake center and walked the remaining half mile to the rental...along the way you pass Pike's Place Market and a lot of other places on 1st avenue.
  
  Macrina Bakery (under your apartment/condo building) was excellent for coffee, breakfast, & lunch.
  
  2 things I would suggest fixing:
  
  Our pac-n-play had a few screws or attachment pieces missing on a corner leg (but was still do-able) and the exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.

  I stayed here for a month as a part of a relocation for work. Overall, I was satisfied with the property. My only complaints are minor, but could be a helpful FYI to future customers. 1) The neighbor is a smoker, and you will be aware if you have your window open while he/she is smoking. 2)Although the decor is modern, the appliances (minus the dishwasher) are about 15-20 years old. 3)The bathroom exhaust fan does not function. 4)When I arrived, many channels had a parental lock on them on the TV (Comedy Central, MTV, any movie with a rating above PG) - note this was removed after I spoke with them. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay in a walk-friendly area of Seattle.

    Thank you for your helpful comments! We have never smelled cigarette smoke in the condo, so this must be alleviated by closing the windows. The dishwasher is brand new and as the appliances age, they are being replaced with updated stainless steel ones, but they are all in perfectly working order. We are in the process of repairing the bathroom exhaust, and have supplied the condo with a small fan as a temporary measure. And finally, the Direct TV was installed just before the guest's arrival, and the parental lock has been removed permanently. We continue to improve our services with the knowledge our guest's comments provide, so thank you!

  Wonderful condo would stay again. Exceptionally clean and lots of towels!!! But need reliable internet service, couch pillows where the down doesn't poke, and TP please! A mirror outside of the bathroom would be nice too. Great location as long as the weather's not hot!!!

  I wish that the dishwasher wasn't broken. We rented this place because, with two small kids, we wanted to have breakfasts and dinner in the suite. But that meant doing lots of dishes which was a bit dissapointing. Other than that, it was a great place, in a great location...with great weather, too. We had fun seeing the sights and even more fun in the pool!
