This fully furnished one bedroom condo sleeps 4 in downtown Seattle and is newly furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 additional people.

The condo is on the fourteenth floor of a 1949 high-rise building with a concierge. The building also features a recreation room with pool table and big screen TV, and a rooftop deck with amazing views.

Situated in the ideal Seattle location where Capitol Hill meets downtown. The building is next to the Washington State Convention Center and just steps to Pacific Place, Westlake shopping centers, live theaters, movie theaters, public transportation, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike Place Market, and Elliott Bay waterfront, and just one mile to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.

This condo is ideal for conventioners, corporate clients, vacationers, and patients and families of adjacent hospitals. All you need to bring is your suitcase! The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. High speed DSL Internet with wireless router so you can stay in touch! Parking is limited and needs to be arranged ahead of time

I was in Seattle for a conference at Seattle University. The location was wonderful. I was able to walk to my conference and my husband and son were able to walk around the city with ease from this location. The views were lovely.
Staff was very helpful in checking in and able to let us in early.
It was less expenisve than the conference housing and much more room. It was also nice to have a kitchen (only used for snacks, cooked no meals).
I hope to return to Seattle and would certainly stay here again.

We spent 3 nights before going on a cruise. Had a great time, very convenient location, clean comfortable, and well stocked kitchen. We were surprised to find that the bushes hanging from the building across the street was actually part of a city park covering the freeway. Well worth walking over there. Also, we found an IGA grocery store between Pike's Market and the Condo.

This is a great location for conferences in downtown Seattle, and much nicer than staying in a hotel. The flat was small but clean and well-furnished, and the management were very friendly when we first arrived. I'd recommend this property.

This neat and cosy apartment was almost perfect: location, comfort, beautiful views of the CBD (and all the city when on the roof of the building).

Wonderful condo off Pike right by the convention center. Walk to movies, restaurant, Pike Place, Pioneer Sq., Space Needle, Capitol Hill, Volunteer Park and the waterfront trail. Amazing views from the 14th floor in a clean, secure building. Only downside was the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Good enough for breakfast & lunch but not enough cookware to make dinner.

Great access to bus transport, 2 blocks to Convention Center. Well equipped kitchen. Only complaints are need for additional drapes and a couple of softer pillows in bedroom.

Great place to come for vacation. So much better than any hotel room. Kitchen was fully stocked and furnishings were comfy! Nice and quiet. The rooftop view was excellent!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Seattle due to the wonderful apartment I rented at the Elektra through Sea to Sky Rentals. I was thrilled when I checked in and saw how nice it was. Everything has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Nice kitchen with all modern appliances, a beautiful living room with a great view, a comfortable and quiet bedroom. And, the location was perfect. It's right next to the convention center and within walking distance of all points of interest in the downtown area. I'd really like to come back and stay there again soon. Thanks for making my stay in Seattle so memorable !!!

We had an excellent time at Elektra #1403. Having your own "place" in Seattle is an experience that every new-comer should take advantage of.

The apartment was very clean, and had everything we could have needed. To confirm some of the other guests' comments: The hallway does in fact smell like smoke, however the apartment does not. The kitchen does need a pair of scissors! There is now an air conditioner, so we were always comfortable.

The location really was great. Only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place and even less to downtown shopping. Close to the bus system, so easy to travel to other locations in Seattle as well.

We would definitely stay here again!

Get place for downtown location, parking is a bit difficult if traveling by car.

We enjoyed the closeness to the Convention Center. Buses were easily available to other areas of Seattle. We enjoyed seeing the lights of the city from our windows at night. The beds were comfortable and the cooking was very handy. I would recomend a stay at the Elektra in Seattle!

We were extremely pleased with the Elektra. Since I was going to a conference, it was super convenient to get down to the convention center and even walk back to the condo inbetween sessions. My husband who came along loved it since he was still able to do anything he wanted downtown or take the bus down to the U-Dubb area. Definitely would stay here again!

The Elektra building itself is surprisingly well located. Turn left then right and its Pioneer Square. Turn right the left its shopping and Pike's Market. There is also easy access to the Capitol Hill area.
Unit 1403 has an exceptional, next-to-the-top corner orientation with city views out 2 windows in the living area.

The apartment was in a central and convenient location to most everything you would want to do in Seattle. The building and the apartment were clean and quiet and the amenities in the building were fantastic. i loved the roof deck. My only complaint was that the pull out couch was not that comfortable. Other than that, it's a most comortable and convenient Seattle rental.

This apartment was just what we needed...location was great to walk to tons of things (or catch the tram) and it was quiet so our small child could sleep without any problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a rental if you are in Seattle.

Overall very satisfied with the condo. Might I suggest a dresser in the bedroom. It would have been nice to put my smaller clothing items in a drawer. We appreciated the fan but had to move the lamp off the only table to use it.

Excellent location and place was very clean. I strongly discourage use of the sofa fold-out bed though. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable!
