This apartment is a large 856 square feet, featuring city views, and space needle view from it's private balcony. Bedroom features luxury queen-size bed and a high end uncommonly comfortable true queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps an additional 2 people for a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The upscale sleeper sofa has no bars to wreck a good night's sleep and a thick foam mattress for the ultimate in comfort.

Apartment features central heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. A large fully equipped kitchen and all linens are included. 32" LCD TV with HD Cable including HBO, high speed Internet, and washer and dryer in unit. Parking is available in the building.

Building is a short 2 blocks to Whole Foods grocery store, 2 blocks in the other direction to Pacific Place Shopping Center or Westlake Shopping Center for the monorail stop, 3 blocks to Washington State Trade and Convention Center, and 8 level blocks to Pike Place Market. Metroploitan Towers is a great location to everything downtown or in Space Needle area. Easy walking distance to Pike's Market and everything else in downtown area. Security personnel very friendly and helpful. Apartment spotless and very comfortable with everything needed provided. Pool, hottub and other 8th floor amenities were great. Would deal with Sea to Sky (Julie) and stay in this unit again and highly recommend both to others.

This vacation rental was amazing. It surpassed all of our expectations. We really enjoyed the cookies in the lobby!! Working out in the gym and using the sauna. We had a great time in Seattle and when we come back I hope that this unit will be available again.

The locations was in a great location. Public Transportation was a short walk away. Malls were nearby. Apartment was very neat and clean and was big enough for two people to stay in. Would definitely stay again!

I used this appartment while attending a conference across the road at the Westin. It was lovely to have an apparment to come to rather than a hotel room. The location was good for the conference and for sightseeing and eating out. The appartment had all the things for a home away from home. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Seattle.

Stayed here while looking for a place to live - relocating to go to grad school at UW. The location is amazing - walking distance to everything. The condo is great - super quiet and clean. Everything you could possibly need. There is even a little convenience store in the bottom level next to the entrance. I would definitely stay here again, actually I plan on it. The bed is ridiculously comfortable - I actually can't remember the last time I slept so well. Very pleased!

I stayed in the Metropolitan Tower 1011 for five days in August this year. My experience was great; I had easy access (two block walk to underground bus terminal)to hot spots such as the International District and the University District. The unit was
spacious, easily able to accommodate a family of four people. The only criticism I have for my rental is the mold I found in the dishwasher.

We spent 3 nights at Met Tower, & loved every second! The location was amazing, we walked to Pike's Place & the Seattle Center. The amenities were great, after a day of walking the hot tub and steam rooms were much needed and appreciated. The Concierge was helpful with calling taxis for us, & directions to various places. Sea to Sky was very accomodating as we planned/booked our trip last minute. We look forward to coming back to Seattle & staying at Met Tower again, or in another of Sea to Sky's rentals. Thank you!

My husband and I are residents of The Met Tower. Our son and his wife have a new baby and a 2 year old, so we had the grandchildren for a weekend while our kids checked in with Sea to Sky. Met Tower #1011 is THE perfect get away place for them to stay, explore the city from,spend rare quiet time together and yet be close enough if we need them. Our kids shared the unit with friends that came from Vancouver, BC. As I said, it was PERFECT! We will definitely book this unit again. Metro tower #1011 is a great option, especially for small families. Its location is perfect (we walked to Pikes Place market and aquarium, took the monorail to Seattle Center), the apartment was quiet, clean, and safe. Overall it was only slightly more expensive then a hotel, but you get so much more space, a great view, and a full kitchen (so you can save $ by occasionally cooking your own meals). The indoor pool (8th floor) was great for my 8 year-old, and we also enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a great place, we'd stay here again.

This was an ideal setup for the two of us. No car required. Located just a couple of blocks from the Light Rail so, to and from SeaTac Airport was a snap and cost only $5 each way for the two of us.

QUITE--CLEAN--SAFE and close to whatever tourist site we wanted to see. We could walk to or take a bus from 3rd Ave. and return the same way.

We had stayed in another condo on a viist the previous year at this time of year and thought we couldn't beat the place---WRONG! Metro 1011 was even Better.

Our entire experience with the condo and all of the personnel at Sea to Sky proved to be exceptional. Thank you ever so much.

Look no further. This is a fabulous place to stay. Spent 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment with husband and our 2+yo and 1yo toddlers and enjoyed every minute of it.

Very spacious apartment - enough room for the kids to have a play in the living room and not get under your feet. The pics don't do it justice. The place is spotless and tastefully furnished. Lovely, well equipped kitchen. Clean, fresh linens provided. Building is very quiet - you don't really hear your neighbors coming or going and the residents are very friendly.

We had a view of the Space Needle from our balcony..

Nights are quiet with the occasional fire truck or ambulance. The sofa bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Overall, sleep quality is very good here.

The heating was a bit temperamental but we didn't bother to get anyone to reprogram it for us. No problems at all with the Internet or wifi - in fact it was super speedy.

Great amenities with a gym, heated indoor pool, sauna, barbecue areas. The guest lounge on the same floor as the pool and deck can be hired out for private parties.

Sea to Sky rental was very proffessional and concierge provided exceptional service.

Location can't be beat with Nordstrom, Macy's, Sephora, Barneys New York and more shopping just blocks away. Wholefoods supermarket is just 2 blocks away on Westlake Avenue. Great range of organic produce and they have delicious prepared meals to go. This is Seattle so Starbucks is everywhere.

If you love sushi, I highly recommend Red Fin just around the corner. Its a sushi bar/ cocktail bar. I caught up with an old girl friend for amazing cocktails and the freshest sushi here. Great spot to be seen in yet you can actually have a conversation with your company and not have to shout through any thumping music.

Will stay here again.

We stayed here for a month - and it was great. The downtown location was perfect. The pool, residents lounge, outside garden just two floors down was like having a private spa. We had a problem with the plumbing - Sea to Sky were perfect and it was fixed very quickly. Only niggle was the apartment internet - fine with plug-in but WiFi very temperamental. Otherwise, it was a fab rental - if you need to be in Seattle, Met 1011 is a great place to stay and Sea to Sky are the people to arrange it.

Being right downtown, the location gave us the ability to walk everywhere - though one should be in pretty good shape due to Seattle's hills. Pike Place Market, Ivor's on the waterfront, the Underground tour etc are all within walking distance. Our only regret is that we didn't rent the unit for a longer period. Oh well! Next time.weren't

We were a family of four (kids 10 and 14), and found this apartment PERFECT for our four night stay in Seattle. It was conveniently located to everything -- we were able to walk to Pikes Market, the Space Needle, the music experience museum, the Duck Boat tour. Near shopping, restaurants, and transportation. It was nice to come back to a place with a small living room, and to have a kitchen (which we didn't use much except for breakfast) -- SO much better than a hotel room. We also used the gym which was great.

I chose the Metropolitan for my family to stay as my condo, two blocks away from this property, is too small to accommodate everyone. They love it! The furniture and decor are new and modern. The window are large and let in plenty of sunlight. The view is amazing. My family walk to Pike Place everyday. Can't beat the downtown location. I will definitely rent this property again for my family when they are in town.

My wife and I took the Light Rail from the airport to downtown (Westlake) and then it was a short two block walk to the Metropolitan.

Our stay was just right in the apartment. Our only complaint was the lighting. The bedroom lacked lighting for reading and the rest of the apartment with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom had less than desirable lighting. Other than that, our stay was close to perfect. The 8th floor was awesome with the pool, sauna, steam and work out facility. We even played a few games of pool in the library. We will rent again from Sea to Sky!!

We've rented from Sea To Sky 3 times already, and each time has been a very smooth transaction. The place was ready as promised, and in very good shape.

Location is absolutely perfect. It is close enough to the downtown area that it is only a 5-7 minute walk to Pacific Place, but far enough away that it is very quiet at nights. The building is very comfortable, clean, and has very good amenities.

The only concern is with the knives in the unit. The knives are extremely dull, and a hazard to use. Regular sharpening would help lessen the danger (next time we rent the same place, i may bring my own knife sharpener).

Otherwise, it was nice to come home, cook a nice meal, and then flop on the couch to watch tv.

Staff at the Metropolitan Tower are friendly and greet you with a smile.

This is our 2nd time staying at metro 1011.

The only reason I could not give 'property general condition' 5 stars is that the coffee maker leaked while brewing.

Other than that, metro 1011 is an outstanding place to stay. Everything was clean, spacious (for 2 people), and very comfortable and most importantly, quiet. Location was perfect, only 2 blocks away from Pacific Place (5 minute walk). 10-15 min walk to Pike Place.

Sea to Sky is a very trustworthy company to deal with. Very professional and responds to emails in a timely manner.

The only bad thing I have to say is I think people are now discovering this gem and it is becoming harder and harder to find an opening with Metro 1011.

The gym is ok (good cardio equipment, ok weights though), the tvs for each cardio machine is a nice touch.

The location is great- just a quick walk to Pike's Place, Shopping, etc. Not exactly right in the middle of things, but close enough. Really nice building- great fitness facility, pool table, outdoor garden, library, etc. The pool & hot tub were closed until further notice when I stayed there, so if that's really important to you, check first, as I didn't find out until I got there.
Fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras- even a spice rack. Comfy couch (Pull out bed is ok, not the best) and nice clean bathroom. Tiny little balcony. You can see the Space needle from the living room window. If you're looking for a good restaurant, go to Wild Ginger. Fantastic. Overall, I'd stay there again... Seattle is a great city and the apartment was awesome.

We spent one week at the Metropolitan #1011. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We took advantage of the building's amenities on the 8th floor (pool, spa, sauna) on many nights. We did have a few issues:
1) When I originally booked the unit, I was told that there would be no problem with an early check-in if the unit was not occupied the night before. I specifically asked about this because our flight was arriving at 8:30am. However, when I called the day before our trip, I was told that there would be a charge for an early check-in.
2)The toilet was broken when we arrived. However, I called SeatoSky and they promptly sent over a repairman who installed a brand new toilet that same day. I was impressed by the response time.

Cant beat the location. And great indoor pool and hot tub. It was perfect for our family (2 toddlers). The only problem we had was with the garage key, it never worked for us so it was a hassle to go in and out. Otherwise would highly recommend.
Management team understands travel issues don't always happen between 9 and 5!! So pleased with their response to my needs.
