Unassuming from the outside, but as you walk inside you are instantly reminded of a Mediterranean villa boasting classic old world style This three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is a perfect villa style retreat with warm ambiance, dark woods and stunning tilework.

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. A sliding glass door gives you access to the fabulous flagstone patio and lovely outdoor area. There is a full bathroom on the same floor.

The second floor is a gorgeous open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The large open living space features arched doorways, shuttered windows, hardwoods, rich decor and furnishings. Comfortable seating area with fireplace, large flat screen television with cable, wireless internet access and local telephone service provide you all the basics of home. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinetry and granite countertops will allow you to cook to your heart's content!

The third floor of the home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The queen size bedroom has a balcony which offers you a peek at Mt. Rainier on a clear day. The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king size bed upon your request. High ceilings, rustic woods and warm tones add to the Tuscan style of this gorgeous home.

Perfect West Seattle location- close to The Junction, boutique shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Less than a mile to Puget Sound and Elliot Bay and the beaches of Alki and Lincoln Park.

We came over from the UK in March 2011 with our 14 month old son and had a fantastic week. We particularly loved Easy Street records for breakfast and music shopping, Coffee to a Tea for their playing area and the play park on 48th/Alaska. The Junction as a community was awesome.

The house was very baby friendly and we found the house to be just what we needed, would definitely stay again and would recommend the house to families, just make sure you get the baby pack included as we really needed the child gates and monitor (cupboard locks would have been great too!).
In over 30 trips to the States this is the best home by far.

Fantastic house, wonderful location, all you need if visiting Seattle. Great stores within walking distance for all your provisions and great choices for eating out-recommend Cactus at Alki Beach and Bang Bar in California Ave (walking distance).The glass fronted log fire in the lounge was wonderful for relaxing in the evening as we experienced the worst snow in Seattle for over 20 years! We all (5 adults and 3 year old child) wish to visit Seattle again and will definitely use this property if available. The management company require special mention for how accomodating they were in allowing us to stay on(beyond 11am) on our last day to enable us to organise my son and his wife transport to Vancouver, BC as their first booking was cancelled, their help was very much appreciated at a difficult time- THANKS! We were very lucky with parking and nearly always managed to park immediately outside the house.

We were very pleased with the property. It looked better than the pictures even. It was very clean and supplied with everything we needed to feel right at home for our long weekend. Also, having one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and the others on the 3rd floor worked great for two couples. We had our privacy, and then we all could gather in the living/dining/kitchen space on the 2nd floor. This was our first time renting a vacation-type property, and it was a great experience--much better than a hotel room. We plan on doing it again soon.

The place was exactly as pictured on the website. All amenities were new and very well maintained. Townhouse was in a very nice W Seattle neighborhood with restaurants, shops, grocery stores all within an easy 5-10 min walk.

A co-worker and I were in west Seattle recently for training and thought Toscana at the Junction was the perfect place to stay. The home itself has a room on the first floor and two on the third floor, with a common area on the second floor. This gave
each of us some privacy for sleeping, with a comfortable living area for us to eat and relax in the evening after training. The home is well maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to an area
with cute shops and many restaurants. I jogged each morning and enjoyed the neighborhood. Staff at Sea to Sky was very helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a great stay in West Seattle at this townhouse. It wwas clean, comfortable and family friendly. Close to some great little shops and restaurants. The property management group was quick to answer any questions we had. The rooms, fully equiped kitchen
and BBQ were just perfect! We had a very relaxing vacation with sea to sky rentals.

Of all the houses we have rented over the years, this one had the best appointed kitchen. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. And we loved being able to walk to stores, cafes, outstanding bakeries and restaurants. The bus stop was an easy couple of blocks away.

We liked the house very much and after we had explored the neighborhood even more. The location is great, close to shops,coffeeshops and restaurants. There was only one downside: we missed the bbq outdoor grill altought listed in the description. If you want to go shopping in downtown Seattle take the watertaxi(USD 3.50 in cash)from West Seattle Seacrest Park to Seattle Pier 50.

I was so suprised how big this place was! The living area was lovely - it was really comfortable and the kitchen was great. Loved the outdoor area and the upstairs balcony. The location was fantastic and really easy to catch a bus to downtown. We were
