  Perfect location, beautiful room, great view from 13th floor. Minute walks to buses (which run all over the city and are free from 6am to 7pm) shopping, seattle center monorail, pioneer sqaure, pikes, waterfront, food. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property again.

  Property did smell slightly of stale smoke but Doug immediately offered that the building is not smoke free and I think if pressed would have changed it up. Cannot say fairer than that. He offered some great go to suggestions.

  This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near the convention center or the Paramount Theater. We stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we did most of our own food preparation after taking a bit of a hike to Whole Foods. We appreciated another reviewer who mentioned that this area has the advantage of distance from areas in Seattle abounding with unsavory street people who, at times, can be unnerving. Being a condo building, we found it much quieter than most hotels. The only disadvantage we found was that the heat is difficult to manage, since the building is on central steam heat. We visited in early October. The heat in the building had just been turned on, and we tried our best to turn it off in our unit, but eventually had to turn on the portable air conditioner provided.

• It was right there at the convention center and so close to all the fun sights like the Aquarium, Pike's Place Market etc. The space needle is only a light rail ride away- or even a walk if your up to it.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week while he was attending a major conference half a block away at the Conference Centre. We had a great view and a nice large comfortable space. Best of all, when we called the manager to report that there were no mugs and could we please have a teapot and a blanket too, all were delivered promptly, including some very nice teas. Great service in a wonderful location. We highly recommend it.

  We've stayed at the Elektra in the past and though it is showing a bit of age it is still a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Easy walk to Victrola and Stumptown for coffee, easy access to bus and rail, very nice folks at SeaToSky for the arrangements. We'll stay again.

  I absolutely loved the room and the view! There was an issue with the air conditioner and it leaking all over the floor, but it was resolved. Love the washer/dryer in the room. Wish there was BETTER PARKING!! Overall, a great place!

  The location of the apartment I rented was perfect, just around the corner from the convention center within walking distance of countless downtown restaurants and shops. The company I rented through made everything easy, even when I needed to extend my stay for a late meeting. The room itself was great, with a nice modern motif and a very, very, very comfortable bed. All in all, a great experience.

  The only downside to this location is the view of the sound is limited- only visible if you go up to the rooftop. It was very clean, well supplied. Would stay there again.

  The place was fabulous!! I was very pleased with your high standards of upkeep. The only thing I was surprised with was that the windows did not have screens. Being a highrise I would have thought building code would have required screens in the windows, and if not required by code that the building would have screens installed as a measure of safety.

  This property is small, but its location is excellent! You are very very very close to the convention center right in the downtown area. We saved lots of money by staying in this apartment compared to the hotel prices surrounding us. The apartment was small but very clean. In a way, it was kind of cute!

  My boyfriend and I felt very at home during our 2 week stay in in this cute condo in Seattle. We were there on business in the Queen Anne area, but wanted to stay centrally in the city. Buses were within a couple of blocks of the condo, not to mention restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I truly cannot wait to go back and will stay in the condo again if its available!

  Great location with accessibility to downtown, Capitol Hill and rental car locations if you need it. Only about 20 mins from airport. Nice views and nice rooftop deck to take in the city skyline.

  I stayed 6 nights at 1305, and can't say enough about the location. I was able to walk everywhere except Bainbridge Island. The ferry to Bainbridge Island is within easy walking distance, though. The room is very clean, and was everything that I needed.

  Building was clean and the studio was very much like home (with all the amenities!). Location can't be beat, only 3 blocks away from Downtown and a 10-12 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Main Transit/Light Rail Station.
  
  Only downside, is the Heater/Furnace for the building is a little noisy when it fires up, but that is more to do with the building than it does with Sea To Sky or the studio.
  
  Definitely will be there again in the future.

  Very nice bldg., albeit a bit worn at the edges. Literally in the shadow of the convention center, the location for downtown and waterfront activities couldn't be better. No parking, but very convenient to bus stops, the monorail (to the Space Needle) and 1.2 block from easy cab-hailing corners. Well equipped for eating in, but very close to some great eateries too.

  I would encourage to company to offer a free room cleaning to guests who are staying for long periods like I am. I stayed here for 3 months, but was told I would have to pay $60 each time I wanted the apartment cleaned. I understand a few weeks, but I think that 3 months is too long to go wtihout haveing it cleaned.

  The apartment was clean and located a short walk from downtown. We did not have a car which probably made our stay in Seattle not as much fun. We were still able to see a lot within the city limits. This was our first time using this kind of service but check in was easy and flexible and made our west coast trip a great experience.

  The Room with a View lived up to its name! The space was small, but big enough for a couple (unless both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time). Great location. A television guide would be nice...we couldn't find any of our favorite shows just by flipping though the channels. The Saturday concierge was exceptional. A gem!!

  I only had two complaints with the room. It seemed that there was someone smoking in the building next to a vent that led into our room. As I am allergic to cigarette smoke I would have to open the window at night which would make the room cold. Please know a heater is provided, we just chose not to use it to be sustainable.
  The other aspect that I noted as a negative was the state of the mattress. It seemed quite indented on both sides. Obviously mattresses will get that way with high traffic use.
  Overall we lucked out with the weather, loved the location, and benefited from having use of a full fridge as we shopped at Pike's quite frequently.

  Can't beat the location of this studio as it is between Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle, so it's an easy walk to either neighborhood.
  
  Unit itself was excellently decorated and well outfitted for my stay. And management quickly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up - very responsive team.
