After many years living in Seattle, my husband and I continue to be awed by the beauty of this neighborhood, its proximity to nature, and its breathtaking sunsets. It’s hard to believe we’re only 12 minutes to downtown and even fewer to Alki beach, where we can build bonfires and toast marshmallows!

Even the air here is remarkable. In summer, the evening sea breeze is a tonic that will simply melt your troubles into the Sound. And when ships call from the watery edge of the Puget Sound, you’ll stir from within.
