Boasting a water and mountain view, our sparkling clean space, with brand new renovations and appliances, includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room located conveniently on the same floor.

Using the highest quality queen-size bed and an upscale sleeper sofa with a thick full size foam mattress and no bars to wreck a good night's sleep, we’ve created a comfortable, restful, and romantic space and focused it on our luxurious wrap-around, wood-burning fireplace complete with fire-making supplies for you to enjoy.

Extras include: wireless Internet, 27" true HDTV with Direct TV satellite, stereo system with iPod docking station, DVD/VCR player with media library, and telephone.

Within walking distance are: the bus stop, convenience store, grocery store, drug store, park, golf course, and public library. We are 10 minutes to downtown by car or bus, 5 minutes to Alki Beach, just west of the Fauntleroy Ferry and the Puget Sound, and only a few blocks south of the Admiral and California junctions.
