Reservation changes may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation.  Reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.   Because your rental payments are non-refundable we recommend protecting your investment with CSA320 Travel Insurance Protection Plan administered by CSA Travel Protection.  You can accept travel insurance at the time of reservation or by adding it within 10 days after making your reservation.  Please indicate on ¶23 whether you would like to accept or decline travel insurance.  We’ve attached some information about the coverage provided by CSA320 with the attached SPECIAL PACKAGES & ADD ONS information.

In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to confirmed reservations, we will advise you at the earliest possible date and attempt to locate another facility for your stay.  In the event that the Agent is unable to deliver the unit reserved under this agreement because of fire, eminent domain, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Guest hereby agrees that Agent’s sole liability as a result of these conditions is a full refund of all monies previously tendered by Guest.  Guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall Agent be held liable for any consequential or secondary damages.
