We stayed in the condo facing the courtyard and loved the serenity and beauty of that setting. Also the condo building itself is in a perfect location, allowing us to walk to everything we wanted to do. We also liked the neighborhood and the shopping and dining that was available nearby. Ideal setting and location!
Belltown Court condo was lovely, located in a trendy, youthful, safe area! The courtyard was a very pretty view from our livingroom window. Doug gave us a thorough orientation when we arrived. The whole property is very well maintained. Great workout room and pool. We were four ladies in our 60s, and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and fashionable. We felt very comfortable having Belltown as our home base. It was walking distance to Pike Market, Space Needle, lots of wonderful restaurants, the ferries, art museum, a little grocery store, and the downtown department stores. There is even a great restaurant that has Tango dancing! The only drawback was noise from partiers when the clubs closed--but earplugs fixed that. We would definitely recommend it.
The apartment was very comfortable for us. It would have been helpful to have a map and list of grocery stores in the area. We finally found a fairly complete one a few blocks away, the night before we left. Also there was no strainer in the kitchen sink nor dishwasher tablets.

There is a unit notebook in the condo with a section that lists the nearest grocery stores and directions to them. There is a wonderfully stocked Whole Foods just half a mile from the condo, a mini-mart downstairs in the building for limited items, and Pike Place Market just 7 blocks away. We provide dishwasher detergent, which is located beneath the kitchen sink. I apologize if the detergent was low or you ran out during your stay. We are always just a phone call away and are happy to deliver necessary items during your stay!
Great location, close to downtown, market,Nordstroms, easy access to International District and waterfront. Garage was a little tight for a SUV (needed for number of people). This unit was great for two couples as it allowed very good privacy and yet had space to enjoy the unit.
Couldn't be happier with the apartment or the location. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance to most Seattle attractions.
We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Court, the location was great, walking distance from the Pike Market and other Seattle destinations. Restautants in the area were great.We could have used information on the bus and trolley system.
We loved how central this was to the downtown Seattle locations we wanted to visit. The rooftop deck was amazing!

We had a great visit to Seattle. Waliking distance to the Public Market and the Spaceneedle. Lots of room another tv in a bedroom would have been nice.
Belltown was a great location for our visit to Seattle. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We loved being next door to the Macrina Bakery, and we had a fun time with pizza next door and a sushi restaurant up a block on 2nd. The site is rather noisy with weekend activity, but otherwise the location is great for a city weekend. Parking in Seattle, however, is a nightmare!!! Be sure to reserve a parking space with the condo!!
We were able to walk to lots of attractions, Pike Place Market, Aquarium, Space needle, Shopping. Nice condo and we liked the deck where we grilled and watched fireworks on the 4th of July. We would stay here again. A non stick skillet in the kitchen would be nice for breakfast food.
Great Location in Belltown. Easy access to Seattle Centre, Downtown, and the Waterfront. Really liked all the eateries, bakeries etc available right outside door
The experience was unforgettable.... The accomodations were perfect and the location was in the heart of it all...
My friends and I loved the location, the presentation of the condo and the price. Every penny we spend on the accommodations was well worth it!! Only thing we didn't like was having to pay for a parking spot. It is really necessary to charge out of town guests for parking the rental car for a few days?
Very cozy, very clean. Felt like our own cozy retreat in the middle of downtown.
Very nice condo. Similar to five star time shares I have stayed at in Whistler. The one bedroom was a bit noisy but the bdrm I stayed in was quiet. The hot tub wasn't working so we were a bit disappointed in that but other than that overall it was very nice.
We had a tremendous time at Belltown Court. It was absolutely perfect and close to everything. We will definitely come back.

Great accomodations and fantastic location! As a family of 6 we enjoyed the space and Home base the Belltown condo provided. The weather could not have been better and best of all no rental car needed! Belltown really is right in the middle of everything! 6-7 blocks south to Pike Place and 6-7 blocks north to the Space needle and just 3-4 blocks off the water. The BBQ grills on the shared patio were great and the views of the Sound even better. Thank you!
The parking garage spaces were extremely tight. other than this, the location, building and unit were excellent.
Considering the number of people who can be accommodated in the condo, there really wasn't enough cutlery, plates and glasses. That said, this condo will be our first choice next time we're in Seattle.
The VCR is not working, so we weren't able to play the DVDs in the evening.
This condo offered exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Seattle. The only downfall was the noise from the garbage trucks.
We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The property was wonderful, excellent location. The only complaint that we would have is the cost of the cleaning. Because we only stayed three nights we were charged a cleaning fee. We felt that the nightly cost was high enough to not charge extra for cleaning. This cost would prevent us from choosing Sea to Sky rentals again for our yearly family get away. It makes staying in hotels more cost effective.
great little property. convenient access and located near great attractions and restauarnts. don't need uch more than this for a quick get away. will check availability for our next trip.
