  This house worked out well for our family gathering for Christmas. Rooms are spacious, kitchen was great. The location is excellent - close to public transportation, downtown, airport. I would highly recommend this home for a family visiting Seattle.

  The Ravenna House was perfect for our family gathering. The location couldn't have been better, with quick access to the freeway and downtown. After our son's beautiful wedding in Snohomish, we enjoyed family time together at the house......scrabble game on the patio, cooking in the kitchen, sitting around the dining room table with the french doors open letting in the natural beauty of the woods and gardens. It was a memorable weekend and we definetly want to come back to the Ravenna House. Thank you. Sue & Ted

  trouble with washer door being latched but empty; land phone line not working; more towel bars & hooks in master bath & table would be helpful for "stuff" & also for laundry

  A great house rental for a family visit to Seattle

  Loved that it's right next to Ravenna Park and in a beautiful and charming neighborhood. The house is furnished beautifully but still family friendly although the armchair in the family room was subject to falling sideways when someone inadvertently sat on the arm. The white shag rug in the family room was also subject to shedding quite a bit! Otherwise, it's a quaint well-kept retreat to stay during a visit and convenient to so many University district attractions and Woodland Park Zoo within a short driving distance or even walking!

  We had a wonderful week at the Ravenna Park Retreat. The home is in the beautiful Ravenna neighborhood with walking trails out the front door. We will absolutely stay here again when in Seattle.
